Agreement to Terms
By booking our craft instruction services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Make and Mingle Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our Services
Make and Mingle Co provides craft instruction services for parties and events. We bring professional instruction and all necessary materials to your chosen venue to facilitate craft activities for you and your guests.
Booking and Payment
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website or by direct contact
- A deposit is required to secure your booking date
- Full payment is due before your scheduled event
- All prices include instruction, materials, and supplies unless otherwise specified
Payment Terms
- We accept e-transfer payments
- Deposits are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy
- Full payment must be received before your event date
- Prices are subject to change but will be honored for confirmed bookings
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
- 7+ days before event: Full refund including deposit
- Within 7 days of event: Refund of all payments except deposit
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel your event due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will:
- Attempt to reschedule your event to a mutually convenient date, or
- Provide a full refund of all payments made
Venue and Setup Requirements
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate venue space for the craft activity
- Ensure adequate lighting, seating, and table space
- Provide access to running water if required for the craft
- Ensure the venue is safe and accessible for our instructors
- Notify us of any venue limitations or special requirements
Our Responsibilities
- Arrive on time with all necessary materials and supplies
- Provide professional craft instruction
- Clean up craft materials and supplies after the event
Liability and Waivers
Required Waivers
- All participants must sign liability waivers before participating
- The host/customer must also sign a liability waiver
- Waivers must be completed before the craft instruction begins
- We reserve the right to refuse service if waivers are not completed
Limitation of Liability
- Participation in craft activities involves inherent risks
- Customers and participants assume responsibility for their own safety
- We are not liable for injuries that may occur during the event
- We are not responsible for damage to customer property or venue
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
Intellectual Property
Our Creative Content
- All craft instructions, patterns, techniques, and methods are our original creations
- These materials are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property
